The European Football Championship 2008 - Euro 2008 will take place in Austria and Switzerland, from
7 June to 29 June 2008. The tournament takes place every four years. European Football Championship in order: 13 (13).
A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament. Austria and Switzerland are automatically qualified as hosts. The Euro 2008 will consist of group a, group b, group c, group d, quarter-final, semi-final and final. The tournament will take place in the following arenas and cities: Wörthersee Stadion, Klagenfurt, Austria Ernst Happel Stadion, Vienna, Austria Stade de Genève , Geneva, Switzerland Letzigrund Stadion, Zürich, Switzerland St. Jakob-Park, Basel, Switzerland Wals Siezenheim Stadium, Salzburg, Austria Stade de Suisse Wankdorf, Berne, Switzerland Tivoli-Neu Stadion, Innsbruck, Austria Qualified teams: Austria (host) Croatia Czech Republic France Germany Greece Italy Netherlands Poland Portugal Romania Russia Spain Sweden Switzerland (host) Turkey |
